Best Vehicle For Courier Work

Written by Gertie | 05-Apr-2016 09:41:15

Hello, all!

Well, spring has sprung at long last! Even if the weather still wants to be a bit naughty and give us the occasional chilly day, I think it's safe to say that dreadful, long, interminable winter is finally behind us!

But while the seasons have changed – as they do – one thing that has not, and never will, is this little blog of mine. It's like clockwork! Rain or shine, summer or winter, it will always be here (as long as I am!), to discuss anything and everything about delivery and courier work, week in and week out.

This week is no different. We're going to talk about courier work (I know, how surprising!) and we're going to do it the best way we know how – through one of our lovely reader interactions.

(Oh dear - that transition wasn't very good, was it? My apologies – my brain's been all scrambled these past few weeks!)

Anyhow, as I was saying, today we're going to have ourselves one of our little question and answer things that we all love so much. And I apologise in advance if the topic goes over some old ground I've covered in the past – after so many years (five!!!), it becomes a little hard to tell which questions you've already asked! But the way I see it, there is always more to be learnt about a subject.

'But Gertie', I hear you howl as per usual. 'Just what IS the question?' Well, it's not 'to be or not to be' – that doesn't have anything to do with courier work, now does it? No, instead, I want to know what your favourite type of vehicle is for carrying out your delivery work, and why.

We all know courier work can be carried out in anything from a van to a bicycle to your own two feet, and I'm sure not everyone has the same preference when it comes to the best way to go around delivering parcels! So I thought I'd take a little poll and find out what everyone prefers, and why – knowing my readership, I'm sure it will be varied and interesting, and absolutely worth the bother!

So get those fingers typing, darlings, and prove me right.

For now, ta-ra!

Gertie.
