I hope everyone is well and enjoying the fact that the winter chill seems to be slowly going away and being replaced with the far more pleasant crispness of spring. I know with my readers, that is almost certainly the case – working courier jobs in the wintertime can be an absolute nightmare, what with all the ice, rain and snow! Not that it doesn't rain in spring as well - this is England, after all - but you know what I mean.

Well...another week, another brilliant idea for a reader interaction from the mind of your old Auntie Gertie! I do love when this sort of thing just pops into my head, and lately that has been happening more and more often. I suppose when you have readers as amazing as mine, you become extra-creative in order to be able to please them!

Well! Excuse me if I don't sound quite myself today, but my head is swimming from all these numbers! Years of experience working in a cafe and tallying up sales and till totals did NOT prepare me for this, let me tell you! Then again, I suppose I set myself up for this one, didn't I, fiddling with statistics and whatnot...?

Hello my dears! I hope everyone's 2015 has started off on the best foot possible, and that your month of January was productive and lucrative and all those other things we always wish for people we like! At my end, things have been quiet – it's quite chilly out most days, and the roads are a bit treacherous, so not many people venture out unless they have to. The only visitors at my cafe have been a few regulars who live nearby, and who come in for their scrambled eggs or bacon buttie more out of habit than anything else. Still, can't complain – they're keeping us in business!

Well, I said I wanted to close out this month of fan interactions with a bang, and I almost managed to. Our last story may not be all that impactful, but it's just as adorable as the one we had last time, about the couple who met through the freight transport platform.
